One-on-One Co-Regulation Sessions
Restore balance, presence, and connection — together.
We co-create a calm and supportive space to regulate your nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and build emotional resilience—together.
Co- Regulation means being able to shift gears in your nervous system when needed.
Self-regulation is when you do this on your own.
Co-regulation is when your nervous system settles and shifts in connection with another person. With a set of effective, embodied practices that can be done online or in person. These practices help you regulate your nervous system—whether you need to calm down to rest or ease anxiety, energize to get things done, or connect more clearly and emotionally with others.
What Is Co-Regulation?
These Online sessions are for you if:
You’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or shut down.
You want to strengthen your relationships by practicing clear, compassionate boundaries
You’re carrying feelings of shame, loneliness, or disconnection
You find it hard to self-regulate or soothe your nervous system on your own
You want to let your body's wisdom to have more of a voice in your daily choices
You want to feel less fear and more curiosity, ease, and play
Who Is This For?
We begin with a check-in to explore your intention for the session and where you might need more regulation in your life.
We’ll start with a simple practice to become more embodied and connected to our core. One person will lead a movement while the other mirrors it. This attunement to each other’s rhythm sends a powerful signal that we matter and can gently help shift our nervous system into a different state.
Talk — Putting words to our bodily experience allows us to share, digest, and make sense of what’s unfolding.
Next, we’ll move into another practice tailored to your needs for the day.
We’ll close the session with a reflection on your experience and the key insights or highlights you wish to take with you.
What a Session Looks Like

About me
My name is Eyal, and I’ve been a practitioner of Chinese Medicine for over a decade. Throughout the years, I’ve studied and explored various approaches aimed at restoring balance and calm to the nervous system.
Trauma often leaves behind energetic imprints that are hard to process alone. Ongoing stress, chronic tension, and high-pressure states can keep the mind constantly active and the body in a state of alertness.
I’ve trained in a range of somatic modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Body in Motion, Tai Chi, and Mindfulness—many of which I’ve gone on to specialize in. But it wasn’t until I began studying Co-Regulation with Beth Dendison that I felt I had found something different.
My body and mind dropped into a state of flow. I felt lighter. More open. More myself. Tensions processed more quickly, and as I spoke and shared what I was experiencing during practice, I began to notice how much wisdom my body was holding—wisdom that had been inaccessible to me when I was stuck in cycles of stress, whether from work or parenting.
Today, I believe co-regulation is one of the most effective and natural ways to bring the nervous system back into balance. Our brains are wired for connection. It makes sense that when we move toward regulation together, our systems return to a natural, flowing state—often more quickly than we expect.
Especially now, when the world feels so unbalanced—when trust in each other and in the goodness of life can feel increasingly fragile—I invite you to engage your physiology in the service of connection and healing. Come practice co-regulation together. It’s a powerful way to return to a grounded sense of safety and aliveness, one moment at a time.
