I’m a licensed acupuncturist with over 15 years of experience in Chinese Medicine, movement, and mindfulness. I studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and trained with master teachers, deepening my practice through Tai Chi, Unified Mindfulness, and Co-Regulation.

My approach is holistic, blending physical, emotional, and nutritional healing. I specialize in women’s health and pediatrics and draw on my experience as a father of three. I believe the body holds deep intelligence, and true healing happens through connection—within ourselves and with each other.

I live in New York City, where I offer personalized care through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and embodied guidance.
